Safari and in-app browsers often cannot save files directly. Use Documents’ built-in browser with VidPS (see /help/download-on-iphone): paste a full link to auto-parse, save to Documents first, then Share → Save Video for Photos. Safari/Chrome work as fallbacks — long-press Save to Files if you only see a preview.
Open VidPS in Chrome (see /help/download-on-android). Paste a full link to auto-parse, or tap Parse after typing. MP4 usually goes to the download manager; some qualities open a preview tab — long-press to save. MP3 needs server conversion, so wait a bit longer. From WeChat/QQ, choose Open in browser first.
Yes. iPhone: Documents browser recommended — see /help/download-on-iphone. Android: Chrome recommended — see /help/download-on-android. Paste a full link to auto-parse; saving differs by device and format.

Active live streams usually cannot be parsed. Try again after the stream ends and a replay is available.
Usually the source has no HD or your region is restricted. Read /help/why-only-360p and confirm 720p+ in the YouTube player first.
